Ponitel always had his sights set on having a singing and rapping career. And although it took him few years to get to that point as a kid star, the young rapper continued to persevere.
And eventually, he broke through with the dawn of the hip-hop and trap music era. His biggest hit, “My Life,” topped with most streams online.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Paul Korley known by the stage name Ponitel, hails from Ga-Adangbe. He is born to Mr. James Korley and Madam Lina Williams. He is currently enrolling at Asofan M/A Junior High School.
MUSIC CAREER
He discovered his talent at a very tender age but entered into professional music at age nine in his first hit single featuring Ras KuuKu dubbed “MY LIFE”. The young rapper sounds more like Yaa Pono because I learned from him and had him as his role model. Ponitel is dope even at his young age. Seldomly acclaimed that his uncle inspired him to do music and ever since he has not regretted and wish to pursue music as a full-time career when he grows up.
