Prince Obeng Asamoah-Baah is a Ghanaian-based US gospel musician. born on December 7, 1995, to Majors Richmond and Dora Obeng-Appau, and the second of three children. He is known professionally as Jux Prynx . He is a Ghanaian singer , songwriter, music director, and a Medical Practitioner by profession. He originally hails from Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana but grew up in Accra, and is currently a resident of Springfield, Missouri in the USA. Prynx started education at Aggrey Memorial school in Accra, and Salvation Army basic school in Tema. He had his SHS education at Osei Kyeretwie SHS (OKESS) where he had his SHS certificate. He is an alumnus of OKESS.
Jux Prynx furthered his tertiary education at the Presbyterian University where he had his Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistantship. He was later admitted to Missouri State University in the year 2023 to purse his masters degree in Kinesiology.
With his father being a pastor, his music journey started in the church when he discovered his passion and potentials in music and aimed at preaching the good news of God through music at a very young age. He started as a minister at church.
Prynx had his first professional song released in the year 2017. The song made tremendous air waves in the Ghana and international gospel music industries and been played at most of the gospel concerts . He has over 7 songs released . Some of the songs released include “Life “ (2020) , “Anything for Jesus “ (2021) , “Hosanna” (2022) “Too Big Too Good” (2022), “Way Maker” (2023) and “Alpha And Omega” (2024) and many more yet to be released. He recently released a touching worship song titled Alpha and Omega .
His current song has been featured on many international radio and Tv stations . And toping charts with massive streams
Jux Prynx is single and now pursuing his masters degree . He has received several awards nominations including the Ghana Gospel music awards,2022.
Jux Prynx is a solo artiste and is currently not signed on any record label after his contract ended with his former label. He continues to deliver a touch and sensational gospel songs to light up our gospel music industry.
