CONQRA

You may not know his name yet, but if you’re an Amerado fan, you definitely know his powerful rap voice. Born and raised in Ajumako in the Central Region of Ghana, the voice of the young rapper recalls the lustrous elegance of the American rapper Twista, while his rap music is full of fusion of Fanti and a bit of Pidgin language which really has the spell to motivate, inspire and illuminate one’s soul. No wonder he cites his personal experience and others in his rap music and always turns to appraise Sakordie as his influence.

Japhet Adjetey, a Ghanaian gospel singer and performer from the very trendy district of La in Accra, is similar to and has performed with Cwesi Oteng, Danny Nertey, Joe Mettle, Kofi Karikari, and Diana Hamilton. As with Diana Hamilton, he is also, on the whole, known outside Ghana specifically West and South of Africa – the world is truly missing out.

Ponitel On Artiste Spotlight

The young rapper sounds more like Yaa Pono because I learned from him and had him as his role model. Ponitel is dope even at his young age. Seldomly acclaimed that his uncle inspired him to do music and ever since he has not regretted and wish to pursue music as a full-time career when he grows up.
